Jo and I got to meet Tony Fitzpatrick in his studio in Bucktown, Chicago.

He very generously gave me his trilogy of books, The Wonder I,II and III.

I couldn't resist leaving without getting one of his exquisite etchings...

Today, I purchased three ex-votos from James Caswell of Historia Antiques, Santa Monica.

I'd known of his antique shop for about two years and felt very privileged to have made it there to browse through his store.

I've even used a few of his ex-votos as models in my own versions.
